To jack up the car,
- Use tire blocks to prevent the car from rolling
- Place the jack in the point indicated by the arrows in this picture.
- raise the car a little above the intended height and place jack stands on one or more of the points indicated as may be appropriate to adequately support the vehicle. Lower the jack so the car rests on the jack stands.
